Mutual Learning in Innovation and Co-Creation Processes: Integrating Technological and Social Innovation

New digital solutions are often lacking integration and acceptance by potential users. Therefore, only a small amount of innovative software is really in use. The article describes co-creation process integrating end-users relevant stakeholders right the beginning social innovation process. Within this process, technology seen as an enabler getting its relevance from new practices people using it (e.g. working practices). Against background EU funded projects conducted authors (GT-VET, GREEN STAR, COCOP, ROBOHARSH) mutual learning processes engineers / researchers trainers on one side beneficiaries learners other will become evident. Moreover, (digital analogue) skills employees have been identified key for successful transformation. Thereby, shows twofold perspective education: demands developers users/stakeholders.
